Over several years I have been growing and evolving my understanding of holistic practices. Drawing from my studies in many areas of healing, I combine my knowledge to develop a space that works best with each individual's needs for that day. Starting with an anatomical view of the body, a treatment stems from the background of 'Deep Flow'. This alignment based approach draws on manual therapies, breath-work, mindfulness principles and the anatomy of movement. Focusing on the relationship of the body from the deepest structural layers and the emotional body, to promote and balance structural, emotional and spiritual growth.
I have teaching certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Pain and Injury Prevention, and certifications in Deep Flow level 2, and massage. The modalities of massage I pratice can be found through the link below, or on the About Nicole page.

Nicole gave me such a great massage. She was able to create a very relaxing space which helped ease me into relaxation.
